All strings tune down one half step, but tune the G string (or the 3rd) up 
to Bb.  From low to high, the guitar should be at bE, bA, bD, bB, bB, bE.  
Make sure your second and third strings are unison (or they ring the same 
note, creating a sound resemblant to a 12-string guitar).

__ denotes a tie between notes
/ or \ are up and down slides respectively
. is a palm mute given to a single note or chord
~~ is a vibrato

The intro is played on a slightly dirty sounding guitar with the volume 
turned down, playing the following figure (Note: Tablature is written as 
if the guitar were not tuned down a half step to reduce compexity; in this 
case, tune the G up to B.) :

From there it uses all the previous riffs for the most part.  After the 
"Not afraid" part, Travis plays something really weird that I 
don't have here unfortunately.  But by listening to the song you should 
be able to figure out where what goes.  Have fun!
